Make sure to change the host in your MUD client settings from game.org to realmsofdespair.com. As per news item posted at the end of 2007, the domain game.org no longer points to the RoD server.
Failing to update the settings, you will not be able to connect to RoD, so make sure you do.
P.S. For those of you who use the IP to connect, that one remains unchanged (216.251.47.10).
